- How many guests fit in a private dining at Le Souterrain?
- The chef's table seats 8, Le Souterrain private seats up to 24, and a full buy-out of the Dinner Show room hosts up to 120 guests at Rozengracht 133 in the Jordaan, Amsterdam.
- Which nights are available for private dining?
- À la carte private dining runs on Thursdays. Fridays and Saturdays are Dinner Show nights, which can also be booked privately for larger groups.
- Can the menu be tailored?
- Yes. Chef Julius Nuiten builds a set menu around your group, with vegetarian and allergy-friendly courses, plus wine or cocktail pairings.
