The concept
An experience of Le Souterrain, not a separate venue.
The same kitchen sets the pace. Between courses, the room shifts: musicians, performers, unexpected moments. By 23:00 the restaurant has turned into the Chin Chin Club dance floor. On Thursdays the same kitchen serves regular à la carte dining.
